Tier limits are scoped to the project owner, not individual members. All members of a project benefit from the owner’s tier:

  • A Free-tier member invited to a Pro-tier project gets access to Pro features (webhooks, Jira, RBAC) within that project.
  • Product subscription counts are across all projects the owner owns, not per-project. An owner with 3 projects on the Starter plan shares the 20-subscription limit across all three.
  • Member slot counts include active members, pending invitations, and custom email recipients.
  • Free projects still receive alert emails — they arrive as one daily digest rather than instantly. Each digest lists the 20 highest-scoring pending alerts and counts the rest; anything over that cap carries into the next digest. Ransomware-linked alerts are always sent instantly, on every tier.

Plans are changed from the Pricing page at /subscription/, reached from the Pricing button in the top bar. Each plan card shows either Current Plan or a Change plan button that opens the Paddle checkout.

  • Upgrades take effect as soon as Paddle confirms the payment.
  • Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing cycle — your tier is resolved from your active Paddle subscriptions, so you keep the paid tier’s features until the period closes.
  • Payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are handled in the Paddle customer portal, reached from Payment & Invoice in the account menu.
