Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrading

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing.
2. Click Upgrade next to your desired plan.
3. Complete payment through Paddle (our payment processor).
4. Your new tier takes effect immediately.

Downgrading

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing.
2. Click Change Plan and select a lower tier.
3. If your current usage exceeds the new tier’s limits, you’ll need to remove resources (subscriptions, tokens, etc.) before the downgrade can complete.

Payment

CVEFeed.io uses Paddle as the payment processor. Paddle handles:

• Credit card and PayPal payments
• Invoicing and receipts
• Tax calculation and compliance
• Subscription management

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription from Account Settings > Billing. Your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period. Existing data is preserved, but features beyond the Free tier become inaccessible.
